Compensation: $150,000–$200,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Vice President, Investor Relations in New York, NY for our client. This role supports investor relations, marketing, communications, and business development initiatives within a financial services environment. The Vice President will develop external communications and marketing materials, coordinate strategic initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to support investor engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate brings financial services experience with strong communication, marketing, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities as the Vice President, Investor Relations:
- Investor Relations: Support investor engagement and business development efforts through presentations, communications, marketing materials, and coordinated outreach initiatives.
- External Communications: Develop clear and compelling investor-facing content, presentations, email communications, and other external materials.
- Marketing Strategy: Coordinate marketing initiatives and maintain consistent messaging across presentations, digital platforms, campaigns, and investor communications.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media, email campaigns, audience segmentation, digital content, and related engagement activities.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor marketing and investor engagement metrics, develop reporting and dashboards, and provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
- Project Management: Coordinate investor relations and business development initiatives across senior leadership and internal teams while supporting process improvements and data accuracy.
Qualifications for the Vice President, Investor Relations:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, communications, business development, capital formation, or a related function is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Financial services experience is required, with investment management, private markets, private credit, or alternative investment experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are required, with experience using CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics, social media advertising, or design platforms preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong writing, communication, relationship-building, analytical, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills are required.
