Atlantic Group is hiring a Total Rewards Manager in New York, NY for our investment management client. This in-office role oversees payroll, compensation, and benefits across a complex organization, with ownership of payroll accuracy, compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance. You will manage ADP payroll, maintain Workday data integrity, and deliver insights to HR leadership while supporting total rewards strategy.

Responsibilities as the Total Rewards Manager:

  • Payroll Leadership: Oversee accurate end-to-end payroll processing using ADP, ensuring timely and compliant pay, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Compensation Management: Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus processing, using Workday and PFA FirmView.
  • HRIS & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee data across Workday HCM and payroll systems through regular audits and controls.
  • Compensation Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compensation data, manage benchmarking and salary surveys, and deliver insights on pay equity and workforce trends.
  • Benefits & Compliance Oversight: Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, and related audit requirements.

Qualifications for the Total Rewards Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience across payroll, compensation, HRIS, and benefits, with investment management or financial services exposure preferred.
  • Certifications: Payroll or HR certifications such as CPP, SHRM-CP, CCP, or CEBS preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and ADP Payroll required, with exposure to PFA FirmView, Workday Adaptive Planning, and carried interest structures preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of compensation programs, payroll compliance, benefits administration, and total rewards best practices.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical leader with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive data and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
