Compensation: $135,000 – $175,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Our client is hiring a Structured Credit Reporting & Analytics Manager in Boston, MA (Hybrid). In this leadership role, you will manage compliance, reporting, and analytics across multiple CLO portfolios, overseeing waterfalls, validating trustee reports, and enhancing reporting frameworks. You will collaborate with internal teams, trustees, and investors to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in CLO reporting, structured credit, leveraged loans, and private debt, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities as the Structured Credit Reporting & Analytics Manager:

  • CLO Compliance & Modeling: Develop and manage CLO compliance modules, model portfolios, and compliance statistics.
  • Trustee Reporting & Waterfalls: Reconcile and approve trustee reports, forecast distribution waterfalls, and validate calculations with auditors.
  • Cash & Expense Management: Monitor cash reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and manage CLO-related expenses with Accounts Payable.
  • Investor & Trustee Support: Provide data and insights for investor relations, while collaborating with trustees to maintain service quality.
  • Portfolio & Transfer Oversight: Track CLO portfolio transfers with Operations, WSO, and Trustees, ensuring accurate portfolio records.
  • Reporting & Management: Design reporting frameworks, enhance analytics tools, and manage deliverables across Finance and Operations teams.

Qualifications for the Structured Credit Reporting & Analytics Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (CFA or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in CLO reporting, structured credit, senior debt, or investment management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical and data modeling capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of leveraged loans, CLO structures, private debt, and alternative investments.
  • Skills & Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-driven approach to meeting deadlines.
