Job Overview – Staff Accountant (Temporary):
Join our corporate tax services client as a Staff Accountant in Radnor, PA. This temporary, hybrid role offers the opportunity to take on diverse accounting tasks, including cash management, billing, and providing essential administrative support.
Compensation: $28 – $31/hour
Location: Radnor, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Staff Accountant:
- Cash Management: Perform cash application, reconciliation, and handling daily cash transactions.
- Accounts Receivable: Send out AR invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and assist with collections.
- Billing: Help with generating and sending billing statements, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.
- Expenses: Manage prepaid expenses and perform amortization according to company policy.
- Accounting: Assist with administrative accounting duties and month-end closing tasks as needed.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of Accounting experience required, preferably in cash management, AR, and billing functions.
- Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, including prepaid expense management and cash reconciliation.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Excel.
