Compensation: $180,000–$200,000/year + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Tax Manager in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting federal and state tax compliance, international tax, tax provision, transfer pricing, and transaction-related initiatives within a global organization. This hands-on role will partner across finance and accounting while improving tax processes, controls, reporting, and automation. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience with strong federal and state income tax compliance expertise and a background in public accounting, corporate tax, or combination of both.

Responsibilities as the Senior Tax Manager:

  • Tax Compliance: Oversee federal, state, and international income tax compliance while supporting tax planning, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Provision: Manage quarterly and annual income tax provision activities, including tax calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and related controls.
  • International Tax: Support international tax matters, documentation, reporting, and related compliance activities.
  • Tax Planning: Provide tax research, planning, and analysis to support business initiatives and evolving tax requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Improve tax compliance, provision, reporting, and data processes while strengthening controls and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with finance teams, external advisors, and auditors while providing guidance and mentorship to tax professionals.

Qualifications for the Senior Tax Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master’s in Taxation preferred.
  • Certification: CPA is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience is required, including public accounting, corporate tax, or a combination of both.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of federal and state income tax compliance and tax provision is required, with international tax and corporate tax planning experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems experience are required, with tax technology, automation, and reporting tools preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong technical tax, analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, process improvement, and project management skills are required.
