Job Overview – Senior Tax Associate:
As a Senior Associate in tax, you'll be a key member of our client’s NYC practice, responsible for applying advanced tax knowledge, managing projects, and contributing to client’s team growth and innovation.

Compensation: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City
Responsibilities of the Senior Tax include:
- Applying advanced tax knowledge and research skills
- Addressing complex tax and accounting questions from the team and clients
- Demonstrating proficiency in intermediate to advanced tax preparation
- Efficiently managing tasks, projects, and coordinating with the team
- Utilizing accounting software effectively, including CCH Axcess, Microsoft Office 365, GFR, and Engagement
- Contributing to project planning and execution to ensure successful client engagements
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and development
- Actively participating in meetings and contributing innovative ideas and strategies
Qualifications for Senior Tax include:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and collaborate effectively within a team
Preferred:
- Hold a CPA license or actively pursue it
- Possess a master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Exhibit proficiency in tax preparation, especially in specific industries
- Be familiar with key software, including CCH Axcess, Microsoft Office 365, GFR, and Engagement
