Title: Senior Tax Analyst
Location: Lancaster County, PA (Remote)
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 + bonus
Atlantic Group is currently seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our esteemed client, a well-established company located in Lancaster County, PA. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic tax team, reporting to the Tax Manager, and contributing to a wide range of tax compliance and provision activities. The Senior Tax Analyst position offers flexibility, with options for a hybrid work arrangement, and the chance to join a hardworking and diligent team.

- Role will report directly to the Tax Manager and work closely with the Director and others in the organization
- Senior Tax Analyst position will encompass a variety of tax compliance responsibilities, including Federal and State income tax, franchise tax, and ASC 740/provision. Will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely filing across multiple states.
- This position offers a clear path for career advancement within the tax department, with the potential to grow into a Managerial role.
- Can be hybrid if local to Lancaster County, PA or sit fully remote.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in a combination of public and corporate tax, with a preference for candidates who have handled corporate income tax clients.
- Open to candidates from various industries.
- CPA is preferred, and additional qualifications such as MST+ are a bonus.
- Familiarity with OneSource software and strong Excel skills are advantageous.
