Job Overview – Senior Reporting Accountant:
Join our client’s team as a Senior Reporting Accountant and contribute to the continued growth and success of their dynamic firm. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry professionals, gain valuable hands-on experience, and play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Compensation: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA

Responsibilities of the Senior Reporting Accountant Include:

  • Conduct financial analysis, revenue modeling, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning processes.
  • Evaluate new clients, assessing their financial viability and potential impact on the company’s financial performance.
  • Assist in the development of financial budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and external partners.
  • Work with IRS and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Finance, and Operations, to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications of the Senior Reporting Accountant Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4 – 7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with exposure to public accounting preferred.
  • CPA required, or progress towards CPA certification.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
