Job Overview – Senior Product Specialist (Hybrid):
Join our client in New York, NY, as a Senior Product Specialist (Hybrid). You’ll bridge business needs with technology, managing key projects to ensure quality delivery. As part of a growing team, you'll lead IT and business transformation efforts, driving process improvements and technical implementations.
Compensation: $135,000 – $170,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Senior Product Specialist:
- Business Processes: Collaborate with business units to understand workflows and implement solutions for process improvements.
- Technology Support: Write technical requirements, communicate with developers, and assist in the design of technical solutions.
- Project Management: Create project plans, monitor progress, ensure on-time delivery, and report results to stakeholders.
- Coordination: Liaise between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Qualifications for the Senior Product Specialist:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Project/Program Management (consulting, financial services, or technology sectors preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Industry Focus: Experience with management consulting or asset management PMOs preferred.
- Technological Skills: Experience with Salesforce administration, MS Project, and SharePoint preferred.
- Project Management: Strong understanding of methodologies (waterfall, agile, RUP) and expertise in managing projects through the SDLC.
