Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Private Credit Analyst for our client in Boston, MA (Hybrid). This role involves supporting loan administration and operational processes across various private credit and real estate strategies, including investment-grade private placements, growth lending, and commercial real estate debt. You will collaborate with portfolio management, legal teams, and external partners to ensure accurate asset servicing and regulatory compliance, leveraging industry technology like IVP, Sentry-PM, and Allvue.

Responsibilities as the Senior Private Credit Analyst:

  • Loan Administration: Manage all aspects of loan administration across private credit and real estate strategies, including growth lending and commercial real estate debt.
  • Deal Coordination: Facilitate deal closings and transaction coordination with portfolio management, fund administrators, and loan administration service providers.
  • Asset Servicing: Oversee daily operations to ensure accurate asset setup, lifecycle management, and reconciliation.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor pre- and post-trade compliance, reviewing investment guidelines and resolving discrepancies.
  • Technology Utilization: Apply industry technology (IVP, Sentry-PM, Allvue) to enhance private credit operations and reporting.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and maintain data accuracy, including security ratings and financial statement updates.

Qualifications for the Senior Private Credit Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of private credit and real estate investments, including deal review and compliance monitoring.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in industry technology used to support private credit and real estate strategies, including IVP, Sentry-PM, Allvue, and related tools, with advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel macros.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and effective communication to present complex information clearly.
