Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000/year + bonus
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Operations Associate in Boston, MA (Hybrid) to support our client’s expanding Private Credit team. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage syndicated loan settlements, credit facility reporting, and daily cash operations. Utilize ClearPar, SyndTrak, and Excel to streamline trade workflows, optimize liquidity forecasting, and ensure seamless cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities as the Senior Operations Associate:

  • Loan & Amendment Oversight: Manage primary and secondary loan settlements via ClearPar and SyndTrak, including tracking amendments and related documentation.
  • Credit Facility Support: Assist with borrowing base roll-forwards, covenant compliance, and waterfall processes for ABL and revolver facilities.
  • Cash & Liquidity Management: Oversee daily cash movements and maintain liquidity forecasts to meet portfolio and operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary contact for administrators, custodians, and third parties on daily operational matters.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to workflows, reporting tools, and data accuracy across credit operations.

Qualifications for the Senior Operations Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in loan operations, credit, or debt-related functions within financial services, with direct experience in leveraged loans required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with preferred experience in ClearPar and SyndTrak.
  • Skills & Attributes: Highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build partnerships and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of credit products, loan settlements, cash management, and operational infrastructure within private credit or alternative asset management.
