Job Overview – Senior Operations Analyst:
Join our New York City team, as a dedicated Sr Operations Analyst. In this role, you will perform essential operational functions, service internal portfolio operations, and collaborate with various business units to address and resolve operations-related issues.
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000/year + bonus
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Senior Operations Analyst:
- Operational Functions: Perform trade confirmations, positions, reconciliations, asset servicing, and corporate actions.
- Portfolio Operations: Service the firm’s internal portfolio operations for all investments, including private and public credit, equities, derivatives, FX, and other assets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business units, risk management, accounting, tax, and legal groups to address operations-related issues across all investments.
Qualifications for the Senior Operations Analyst:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in another fund, fund administration, or bank.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with product types such as equities, corporates, loans, FX, credit and rate derivatives, and bilateral products. Experience in corporate actions/restructurings preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Advent Geneva and SQL.
