Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Investment Operations Analyst for our client in New York, NY (Hybrid). You will manage trade execution, settlements, reconciliations, and cash management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with loan or ABS operations experience and strong knowledge of credit and investment instruments.

Responsibilities as the Senior Investment Operations Analyst:

  • Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end deal processes for private credit assets, including wires, FX hedging, KYC, and account openings with internal and external teams.
  • Trade Capture & Reconciliation: Record trades in the OMS, maintain accurate books, and resolve daily cash and position breaks across entities.
  • Liquidity Management: Monitor cash balances, ensure sufficient funding, and oversee wire processing to maintain seamless liquidity.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Prepare operational and performance reports while maintaining accurate issuer and asset-level data.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with deal teams, fund administrators, and tax and fund management to support execution and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Drive technology and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and strengthen data integrity.

Qualifications for the Senior Investment Operations Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in credit operations within financial services or asset management, focused on loan, CLO, or ABS operations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required, with experience in OMS platforms and fund accounting systems preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of private credit instruments, trade settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade lifecycle processes.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication, integrity, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
