Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Client Service Associate (Private Wealth) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting client service, account administration, and relationship management for high net worth individuals and family office clients. This role partners closely with advisors to deliver a high-touch client experience, manage complex account structures, and support day-to-day operations. The position offers exposure to sophisticated client needs and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities as the Senior Client Service Associate (Private Wealth):

  • Client Service: Manage day-to-day service needs for high net worth clients and family office relationships.
  • Account Administration: Oversee account openings, maintenance, and transaction processing.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and support client meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-ups.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare customized reports, analyses, and client communications.
  • Cash Management: Monitor and process cash activity across client accounts.

Qualifications for the Senior Client Service Associate (Private Wealth):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, CTFA or similar credential preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in private wealth, family office, or client service roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of trusts, fiduciary accounts, and complex client structures.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting and account management systems.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage high-touch client relationships.
