Job Overview – Senior Associate for Fund Accounting & Operations:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate for Fund Accounting & Operations. This role demands a dedicated individual proficient in hedge fund operations and accounting, prepared to manage a variety of tasks within a dynamic environment.
Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 + bonus
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities as the Senior Associate for Fund Accounting & Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of hedge fund accounting and related financial management.
- Ensure accurate handling of convertible bonds, SPACs, equities, and other financial products.
- Implement robust financial processes and maintain high standards of financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with teams across operations and accounting to optimize financial strategies and workflows.
Qualifications for the Senior Associate for Fund Accounting & Operations:
- 4-10 years of experience in hedge fund operations and accounting.
- Experience with both public and private sectors is favorable.
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced technical skills are essential.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Openness to handling both operational and accounting tasks.
