Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance & Corporate Development) in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting corporate development, strategic finance, investor relations, and alternative investment initiatives within a growing financial services organization. This highly visible role offers broad exposure across co-investments, capital markets, strategic analysis, and executive-level reporting while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling and analytical skills, experience within transaction-oriented or investment environments, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities as the Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance & Corporate Development):
- Investment Analysis: Support evaluation, diligence, and analysis of co-investments, direct investments, and alternative investment opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Build financial models, valuation analyses, reporting tools, and presentation materials for investment, strategic finance, and executive initiatives.
- Investor Relations Support: Assist with investor materials, earnings preparation, analyst tracking, roadshow support, and quarterly reporting activities.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare board materials, market research, peer analysis, and executive reporting related to strategic and financial initiatives.
- Capital Markets Analysis: Support credit risk transfer, collateral analysis, cash flow modeling, and reinsurance-related reporting and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, investor relations, corporate development, and leadership teams on ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.
Qualifications for the Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance & Corporate Development):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience within corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, valuation services, public accounting, or strategic finance is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, alternative investments, capital markets, and financial statement analysis is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, while experience with large data sets, reporting tools, SAS, or similar analytical platforms is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, presentation skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.
