Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Account Executive (Insurance) for our client in Philadelphia, PA. In this in-office role, you will lead the execution and servicing of complex insurance accounts across casualty, liability, and property lines. Collaborate with brokers, clients, and carriers to create innovative risk solutions, manage renewals, and provide exceptional client support. Use your expertise in underwriting, financial modeling, and policy structure to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities as the Senior Account Executive:

  • New Business Development: Prepare submissions, premium rating models, and loss development analyses to support new opportunities.
  • Underwriting Liaison: Coordinate with delegated authorities and underwriters to secure terms for casualty, liability, and property placements.
  • Client & Broker Engagement: Act as the primary contact for brokers and clients, addressing service needs and providing strategic risk solutions.
  • Policy Implementation: Lead the execution and oversight of new and renewal business, ensuring coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Account Management: Manage the renewal lifecycle for complex accounts, integrating strategic risk considerations.
  • Complex Risk Oversight: Oversee high-value accounts, providing strategic insight and fostering key partnerships.

Qualifications for the Senior Account Executive:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance underwriting, client servicing, or senior-level marketing roles within a brokerage or carrier environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance products, policy structures, and alternative risk solutions across various lines.
  • Skills & Attributes: Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead account strategies and manage complex insurance portfolios independently and professionally.
