Role Overview – Revenue Manager:
Our client, an innovative life sciences technology company, is seeking a sharp Revenue Manager to ensure proper financial treatment across its suite of chemical analysis instrumentation enabling pharmaceutical advances. Based out of Boston and leveraging past ASC 606 and leadership talents, the ideal candidate will recognize intricate deals driving this high-growth public company, prepare accurate SEC reporting, enhance order-to-cash processes and scale excellent finance operations through a passionate, nimble team.

Compensation: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00
Location: Boston, Massachusetts (remote candidates considered, with preference given to those able to work on-site)

Responsibilities for the Revenue Manager include:
•    Reviewing complex commercial arrangements
•    Testing and allocating product revenues
•    Driving commission planning and calculations
•    Preparing technical memos on emerging topics
•    Enabling integrated financial planning
•    Leading enhancements to order management
•    Providing controllership and external audit support on technical matters
•    Mentoring and developing emerging talent

Qualifications for the Revenue Manager include:
•    Bachelor’s degree; CPA strongly preferred
•    6+ years of revenue recognition experience
•    Mastery interpreting intricate accounting standards
•    Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
•    High capacity to break down complexity
•    Passion for influencing through expertise and vision
