Position Overview – Public Accounting Manager
Our client is seeking a driven public accounting leader ready to elevate their own practice with tailored operational support. This unique opportunity empowers ambitious practice leaders to significantly broaden their impact by taking ownership of an established client portfolio, all while swiftly expanding their own through a proven platform model. This role also provides the prospect of advancing to a principal position.
Compensation: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City
Responsibilities of the Senior Manager include:
• Creating and executing client acquisition tactics
• Leading delivery upon firm acquisition
• Providing trusted counsel to improve retention
• Recruiting/developing accountants matching philosophy
• Ensuring ethical compliance and upholding standards
• Contributing ideas to improving client experiences
Qualifications for the Senior Manager include:
• Licensed CPA with 7+ years experience
• Track record demonstrating practice growth
• Ability to build/maintain client relationships
• Excellent people manager with sound judgment
• True entrepreneurial spirit
