Job Overview – Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Compensation: $100,000–$130,000/year
Location: Delaware County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Real Estate Portfolio Manager in Delaware County, PA for our client, overseeing a portfolio of real estate assets and supporting property operations, valuations, financial analysis, and external vendor relationships. This role will monitor portfolio performance, coordinate property-related activities, develop efficient processes, and collaborate with internal teams throughout the asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate has real estate, property management, asset management, or related financial services experience with strong analytical, valuation, and portfolio management skills.
Responsibilities as the Real Estate Portfolio Manager:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of real estate assets while supporting property performance, operational efficiency, and financial objectives.
- Property Operations: Coordinate property-related activities and support effective management throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Asset Analysis: Review property information, valuations, market data, and other relevant factors to support portfolio decisions.
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, evaluate property performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor portfolio performance, prepare reporting, and analyze financial and operational trends.
- Vendor Management: Manage external service providers and collaborate with internal teams on property operations, risk management, and process improvements.
Qualifications for the Real Estate Portfolio Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of real estate, asset management, property management, portfolio management, or related experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of real estate portfolio operations, property valuations, financial analysis, and vendor management is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and data reporting skills are required, with real estate or portfolio management systems experience preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills are required.
