Job Overview – Private Equity Investment Associate
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000/year + bonus
Location: Chester County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Private Equity Investment Associate in Chester County, PA for our client, supporting deal execution, financial modeling, and investment analysis within a growing private equity platform. This role offers strong transaction exposure across sectors such as healthcare and professional services, with the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals. The position provides hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities as the Private Equity Investment Associate:
- Deal Execution: Support transaction processes including diligence, analysis, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct company and industry research to support investment decisions.
- Due Diligence: Review financial, operational, and market data during transaction processes.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Track performance and support analysis of portfolio companies.
- Presentation Development: Prepare investment materials and internal presentations.
Qualifications for the Private Equity Investment Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting with M&A exposure.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with transaction evaluation preferred, ideally within service-based sectors.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment.
