Job Overview – Private Equity Analyst/Associate (Nontraditional Assets Focus)
Join our client's rapidly growing Private Equity firm, specializing in nontraditional assets and industries. Based in Montgomery County, PA, this role offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in entrepreneurial environments to make a significant impact.

Compensation: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00
Location: Montgomery County, PA – Hybrid

Responsibilities as the Private Equity Analyst/Associate include:

  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on nontraditional investment opportunities, with a focus on Music Royalties and Litigation Finance.
  • Collaborating closely with senior team members in all aspects of deal execution, from initial evaluation to negotiation and closing.
  • Researching and evaluating potential investment opportunities in unique sectors, identifying risks and opportunities for value creation.
  • Assisting in the management and optimization of existing portfolio assets within nontraditional industries.
  • Crafting investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners, effectively communicating investment analysis and recommendations.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, showcasing the firm's capabilities in nontraditional asset investment.

Qualifications of the Private Equity Analyst/Associate include:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics.
  • 1+ year of experience for Analysts; 3+ years for Associates.
  • Interest in and aptitude for entrepreneurial environments and nontraditional asset investments.
  • Pursuing or interested in pursuing the CFA designation is a plus.
  • Experience in the “Fund of Funds” world, such as Franklin Park or FS Investments, would be highly advantageous.
