Job Overview – Operations Analyst:
Step into a key position with our client’s team in New York, NY, as an Operations Analyst. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams, including investment, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth and efficient firm-wide operations.
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Operations Analyst:
- Data Management: Maintain a cloud-based file system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Deal Operations: Lead the operations process for new deals, coordinating with various departments.
- Compliance: Complete KYC/AML procedures and manage external access rights.
- Research and Requests: Complete ad hoc research projects and requests.
- Policy Implementation: Implement new policies and procedures across the firm.
- IT Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for corporate mobile devices, coordinating with the IT team.
- Vendor Management: Assist with vendor management and lead renewal outreach.
Qualifications for the Operations Analyst:
- Experience: 1-3 years of Private Fund Operations/Middle Office experience, fund administrator experience acceptable.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally.
