Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Middle Office Operations Analyst (Hedge Fund) in Westchester County, NY for our client, supporting trade operations, reconciliation, and fund accounting processes within an event-driven investment environment. This hybrid role focuses on trade support, NAV reporting, and operational oversight while working closely with internal teams and external partners. The position offers broad exposure across operations and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Responsibilities as the Middle Office Operations Analyst (Hedge Fund):

  • Trade Support: Capture, match, and settle trades while managing corporate actions across portfolios.
  • Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliation of positions, cash, and P&L with prime brokers and administrators.
  • NAV Reporting: Assist with NAV calculations, fee allocations, and investor reporting processes.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact with custodians, administrators, and prime brokers.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor workflows and ensure accuracy across operational processes and reporting.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate system records and ensure consistency across internal and external platforms.

Qualifications for the Middle Office Operations Analyst (Hedge Fund):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience within a hedge fund or investment firm is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with middle office operations, trade lifecycle, and fund structures is required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Advent Geneva and strong Excel skills are required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment are required.
