Role Overview – BDC Operations Specialist:
Our client, a $14B direct lending asset manager, is seeking a BDC Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will help enable excellence across their rapidly growing private credit investment platform and vehicles.
Compensation: $150,000.00 – $250,000.00
Location: New York City
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, 3 Days in Office/2 Days Remote
Responsibilities for the Operations Specialist include:
• Managing daily cash, position, P&L reconciliations
• Resolving breaks, onboarding reconciliations
• Validating trades, gathering documents
• Building securities data, maintaining accounting systems
• Streamlining onboarding of funds and counterparties
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and reporting requests
Qualifications of the Operations Specialist include:
• 7-15 years of BDC operations experience
• Extensive knowledge of borrowing base calculations
• Exposure to deal documents and loan settlement
• Strong risk management abilities
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
