Job Overview – Investor Relations Analyst (Hybrid):
Join our client in New York, NY, as an Investor Relations Analyst. This hybrid role supports capital development, investor engagement, and client service initiatives, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Investor Relations Analyst:
- Investor Relations: Develop in-depth knowledge of the investor universe, investment strategies, and the competitive landscape.
- Content: Own the creation and coordination of investor content, including reports, presentations, marketing materials, and investor communications.
- Due Diligence: Manage due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and on-site meetings.
- CRM Management: Oversee CRM (Salesforce) use, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Event Support: Help organize investor events, send outreach emails, and assist with meeting follow-ups and research.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications for the Investor Relations Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of Investor Relations experience in financial services (Hedge Fund or Private Equity preferred).
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of alternative investments.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
