Job Overview – Investment Operations Manager:
Join our client in Los Angeles, CA, as an Investment Operations Manager. This full-time role is pivotal in managing private lending deal execution efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and providing key support across multiple functions such as liquidity planning, investment monitoring, and reporting.
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000/year + bonus
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities as the Investment Operations Manager:
- Cash Management: Oversee private lending transactions, funding, and cash management processes.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely investment execution and reporting.
- Relationship Management: Manage communication with banks, custodians, rating agencies, and other external parties.
- Investment Monitoring: Track investments to ensure timely payments and execution of drawdowns.
- Reporting: Manage monthly reporting for leverage facilities and ensure all reporting obligations are met.
- Investor Relations: Support investor updates and prepare presentations for stakeholders like the Board of Directors and rating agencies.
Qualifications for the Investment Operations Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Investment Operations or a similar role within Private Credit.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in fixed income and direct lending.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
