Atlantic Group is hiring an Investment Operations Analyst (Credit & Structured Products) in New York, NY for our client. This in-office role supports daily operations across private credit, structured credit, and fixed income, including trade lifecycle oversight, valuation and reconciliation, treasury activities, and portfolio reporting. Ideal candidates have investment operations experience with CLOs, derivatives, or structured products and exposure to systems like Enfusion.
Responsibilities as the Investment Operations Analyst:
- Operational & Trade Support: Assist portfolio management and trading by supporting daily operations and overseeing the full trade lifecycle across private debt, structured credit, and fixed income assets.
- Valuation & Reconciliation: Support daily, monthly, and quarterly valuation and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate positions, pricing, and data integrity.
- Treasury & Liquidity Management: Participate in cash management, liquidity monitoring, and collateral management activities.
- Systems & Process Enhancement: Support onboarding and improvement of operational systems, workflows, and infrastructure.
- Portfolio Reporting & Controls: Prepare portfolio reports, analyze holdings and exposures, and execute department controls to maintain operational quality.
Qualifications for the Investment Operations Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of investment operations experience at an asset manager, fund, or administrator, ideally with CLOs, derivatives, structured credit, or fixed income.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel proficiency and required experience with portfolio and order management systems, with Enfusion preferred and Bloomberg familiarity a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of structured products, private credit, fixed income instruments, trade lifecycle processes, and settlement workflows.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to operational problem-solving.
