Job Overview – Investment Banking Associate
Compensation:$110,000 – $120,000/year + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring an Investment Banking M&A Associate in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting M&A transaction execution, financial modeling, and client advisory within a middle-market investment banking environment. This role focuses on sell-side and buy-side advisory, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials while working closely with senior bankers on live deals. The position offers strong deal exposure, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and high-performing team.
Responsibilities as the Investment Banking Associate:
- Transaction Execution: Support M&A, recapitalizations, and other advisory engagements from start to close.
- Financial Modeling: Build complex models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct industry, company, and market research to support strategy and deal flow.
- Presentation Materials: Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations for clients and investors.
- Due Diligence: Analyze financials, review key documents, and assist with client and third-party coordination.
Qualifications for the Investment Banking Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in investment banking.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required, with experience in financial databases and CRM platforms preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Analytical, organized, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
