Job Overview – Investment Banking Analyst
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000/year + Bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting M&A advisory transactions across multiple industries. This role focuses on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction execution while working closely with senior bankers on live deals. The position offers strong deal exposure, a collaborative team environment, and a clear path for internal growth and promotion.
Responsibilities as the Investment Banking Analyst:
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build models and perform comps and transaction analysis.
- Transaction Support: Assist with deal execution, data rooms, and buyer outreach.
- Market Research: Conduct industry, company, and competitive analysis.
- Due Diligence: Support diligence efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Marketing Materials: Prepare presentations and client deliverables.
- Client Interaction: Partner with senior bankers on client communications.
Qualifications for the Investment Banking Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, or M&A advisory is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal processes is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are required.
