Job Overview – Global Manager – Accounts Payable:
Join our client and play a key role in the digital transformation of the accounts payable function. Lead a dedicated team, optimize processes, and ensure efficient financial operations on a global scale.
Compensation: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City
Responsibilities as the Global Manager – Accounts Payable include:
- Overseeing accounts payable invoice processing, workflow management, and coding
- Managing 1099 maintenance, SAP concur T&E processing, and P-card optimization
- Forecasting monthly AP cash flow to Treasury and reviewing sales & use tax
- Supervising the Accounts Payable team and ensuring high-quality performance
- Generating monthly and quarterly reports, facilitating month-end closing
- Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and automation
- Ensuring compliance with SOX and monitoring key controls
Requirements for the Global Manager – Accounts Payable include:
- Minimum 5+ years of related AP supervisor experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical and communication skill
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of accounting and General ledgers
- Experience with Basware or equivalent A/P workflow products
- Experience with an automated T&E system
- B.S. in finance, accounting, or related discipline
