You will work extensively in Excel and QuickBooks to manage reconciliations, financial statements, and complex data flows tied to loan activity and credit facilities. • Credit Facilities Support: Support accounting and reporting for borrowing base–driven credit facilities, including loan activity and interest accruals.
  • Transaction Processing & Close: Manage high-volume transactional activity and support month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaboration & Improvement: Partner with the CFO and fund administrator to support reporting needs, improve workflows, and strengthen data integrity.

Qualifications for the Fund Accountant (Private Credit):

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency required (VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables), with experience using QuickBooks strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, manage complexity, and take a proactive, hands-on approach.
