Job Overview – FP&A Manager (Remote):
Take on a key role as an FP&A Manager for our client, based in Central New Jersey. In this fully remote position, you’ll lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support key business initiatives, making strategic contributions to the company’s growth.
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year + bonus
Location: Fully Remote (Based in Central New Jersey)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote)
Responsibilities as the FP&A Manager:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Data Visualization: Leverage data visualization tools (such as BI or Tableau) to provide actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting financial performance metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Technical: Utilize SQL to manipulate and analyze financial data and streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as BI or Tableau.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present financial data clearly and concisely.
- Preferred: Private equity (PE) experience is preferred.
