Atlantic Group is hiring an FP&A Manager (Real Estate) in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting financial planning, portfolio analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting across a real estate investment portfolio. The FP&A Manager will partner closely with accounting, asset management, and operations to translate property performance into actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong real estate finance experience, financial modeling expertise, and an analytical approach to portfolio performance.

Responsibilities as the FP&A Manager (Real Estate):

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across a real estate portfolio.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, expenses, NOI, cash flow, and key business drivers.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, performance reporting, and financial insights for leadership.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with finance, operations, and other stakeholders on financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, performance analysis, and business decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Improve financial reporting, forecasting tools, analytics, and FP&A processes through technology and automation.

Qualifications for the FP&A Manager (Real Estate):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Certification: CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of FP&A, real estate finance, financial analysis, or related experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong real estate finance experience with knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, NOI, cash flow, and portfolio performance is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills are required, with experience using real estate, ERP, or financial reporting systems preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, organizational, collaboration, problem-solving, and financial decision-making skills are required.
