Atlantic Group is hiring a Financial Operations Manager in Greenwich, CT for our client. This hybrid role oversees financial operations for high-net-worth and family office portfolios, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll lead accounting, investment reporting, and consolidation while driving automation and process improvements through Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and Addepar. Ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on operational excellence in wealth management.

Responsibilities as the Financial Operations Manager:

  • Financial Oversight: Oversee all financial operations for client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, investment reports, and consolidated asset reporting.
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management: Establish and maintain strong financial controls, audit procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Process & Technology Optimization: Drive automation and efficiency through system enhancements using Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and Addepar.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop accounting and finance staff, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for the Financial Operations Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required (CPA, CFA, or strongly MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 6+ years in financial operations, family office, or wealth management, with proven expertise in investment reporting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of financial platforms such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and Addepar.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of high-net-worth client reporting, consolidation, tax planning, and multi-entity accounting.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strategic and detail-oriented leader with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
