Compensation: $75,000–$95,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Financial Analyst in Greenwich, CT for our client, supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis within a growing organization. This role will partner closely with finance and business leaders to prepare financial analyses, develop reports, monitor business performance, and provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities as the Financial Analyst:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain financial, operational, and management reports while analyzing trends and key performance indicators.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reporting, and performance analysis.
- Cash Management: Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, lender reporting, and financial compliance requirements.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with Finance and operational teams to provide financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Leverage financial systems, reporting tools, and data analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within healthcare, healthcare services, or a multi-site organization is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Experience with Power BI, SQL, financial modeling, business intelligence tools, or ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are required.
