Job Overview – Financial Analysis & Reporting Associate (Real Estate):
Atlantic Group is seeking a Financial Analysis & Reporting Associate (Real Estate) for our client in New York, NY. This hybrid role is ideal for a finance professional with expertise in financial modeling, performance reporting, and investor communications. You will support investment analysis, liquidity projections, capital raising, and valuation processes while collaborating with investment, finance, and investor relations teams.

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Financial Analysis & Reporting Associate:

  • Investor & Management Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on performance, liquidity, and risk analysis.
  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Maintain performance models, consolidate budgets, and project liquidity.
  • Valuation & Underwriting: Compile fair value assessments under US GAAP using investment team models.
  • Portfolio Performance Tracking: Update and maintain fund and investment performance for quarterly reporting.
  • Capital Raising Support: Build projection models for fundraising and integrate into financial reporting.
  • Investor & Audit Support: Manage investor inquiries, assist with audits, and track underwriting metrics.

Qualifications for the Financial Analysis & Reporting Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years in investment banking, real estate finance, hospitality finance, investor relations, or corporate development, with real estate investment exposure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive financial modeling experience, with strong skills in Excel, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate investment structures, capital markets, and valuation methodologies.
