Job Overview – Finance Manager
Join our client’s team as a Finance Manager and play a crucial role in the financial operations and performance analysis of their dynamic company. This newly created position offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced financial professionals to contribute their expertise in a high-impact environment, collaborating with business leaders and gaining exposure to senior leadership.

Compensation: $150,000.00 – $165,000.00 + bonus
Location: Chester County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Finance Manager include:

  1. Financial and Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial and performance analysis within the Professional/IT Services industry, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), efficiencies, and margins.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with the core FP&A team and business leaders to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  3. Data Analysis and Dashboard Development: Utilize strong data analysis skills to build and link dashboards, ensuring accurate representation of financial and performance metrics. Leverage Power BI for effective data visualization.
  4. System Integration: Manage and integrate various financial systems to streamline data flow and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Time Tracking and Efficiency: Monitor consultant activities, track time, assess efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with different groups across the organization, facilitating robust communication and collaboration. Gain tremendous exposure to senior leadership, contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications of the Finance Manager include:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in financial and performance analysis within the Professional/IT Services industry.
  3. Strong financial and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Power BI and other relevant tools.
  4. Experience working on a finance team focused on KPIs, efficiencies, margins, and time tracking.
  5. Proven ability to build dashboards and link data effectively, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and various organizational groups.
  7. Demonstrated experience in system integration and process improvement.
