Job Overview – Finance Manager (Client Finance)
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Finance Manager (Client Finance) in New York, NY for our client, supporting financial management, budgeting, and client reporting within a global media environment. This role focuses on revenue forecasting, client financial operations, and compliance while partnering closely with account teams and leadership. The position offers exposure to high-impact business initiatives and strong growth potential.
Responsibilities as the Finance Manager (Client Finance):
- Revenue Management: Forecast and analyze revenue, billings, and profitability across client portfolios.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including forecasts and budget updates.
- Budgeting: Support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
- Client Finance Support: Partner with account teams to manage budgets, billing, and financial performance.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate billing and cash flow.
- Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to financial controls, including SOX-related processes.
Qualifications for the Finance Manager (Client Finance):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3–5 years of finance experience, with experience in media, advertising, or other client-facing, revenue-driven environments required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of media finance, budgeting, and client reporting is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
