Job Overview – Finance Manager:
Compensation: $100,000–$130,000/year + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA
An established organization is seeking a Finance Manager to support investments and accounting functions. This hands-on role involves financial reporting, cash management, and audit coordination across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting or finance and a high degree of professionalism.
Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows, with footnote disclosures.
- Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and transactions.
- Analyze investment performance and returns across multi-asset portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP.
- Coordinate annual audit processes and provide required schedules and support.
Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA preferred.
- Background in public accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of investment accounting principles and GAAP.
