Job Overview – ETF Capital Markets Analyst
Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000/year + bonus
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring an ETF Capital Markets Analyst in Greenwich, CT for our client, supporting ETF trading, liquidity management, and primary and secondary market operations. This hybrid role partners with trading, operations, and external liquidity providers to support creation and redemption activity, market analysis, and execution quality while contributing to scalable ETF capital markets processes and infrastructure.
Responsibilities as the ETF Capital Markets Analyst:
- ETF Trading Support: Support daily ETF trading operations, including creation and redemption activity, NAV analysis, and flow reconciliation.
- Liquidity & Partner Management: Assist with relationships and communications involving Authorized Participants, market makers, exchanges, liquidity providers, and custodians.
- Market Monitoring & Efficiency: Monitor secondary market activity to identify dislocations, spreads, and opportunities to improve trading efficiency.
- Metrics, Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze primary and secondary market metrics, including volume, liquidity, spreads, and fund flows, using analytical models.
- Cross-Functional & Infrastructure Support: Partner with internal teams to resolve trade and settlement issues while supporting process improvements, automation, and data infrastructure initiatives.
Qualifications for the ETF Capital Markets Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in ETF capital markets, trading, or operations within an issuer, market maker, or trading firm.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, including primary and secondary market structure and the creation and redemption process.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency with experience using market data platforms such as Bloomberg, with familiarity in cryptocurrency or blockchain technology preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
