Role Overview – Deputy Director of Firm Operations:
Our client is a mission-driven investment firm focused on taking climate action. They are seeking to hire an organized, solutions-oriented Deputy Director to help manage their firm's operations.
Compensation: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00
Location: New York City
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, 3 Days in Office/2 Days Remote
Responsibilities for the Deputy Director include:
• Overseeing daily firm operations and processes
• Managing projects to enhance systems and technology
• Coordinating logistics for climate-related events
• Tracking sustainability metrics and emissions
• Handling legal agreements and contracts
• Planning internal team events and external forums
Qualifications of the Deputy Director include:
• 5+ years of administrative, EA, and project management experience
• Organized with excellent communications abilities
• Interest in climate change and sustainability
• Strong integrity and maturity
