Job Overview – Credit Operations Analyst:
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Credit Operations Analyst to join our client’s team in New York, NY (Hybrid). This role supports credit operations across direct lending, syndicated loans, and CLO strategies. Responsibilities include managing loan data, supporting agent duties, and contributing to monthly reporting. Ideal candidates have experience in loan or credit operations, with knowledge of portfolio compliance and loan servicing workflows.
Responsibilities as the Credit Operations Analyst:
- Loan Operations: Support borrowings, repayments, waterfalls, and credit facility compliance across lending strategies.
- Settlement & Liquidity: Coordinate with settlements teams to ensure adequate portfolio liquidity.
- Portfolio Reporting: Assist with monthly pricing, valuations, and performance reporting.
- Data Oversight: Maintain accurate loan data across internal and external systems.
- Agent Duties: Manage loan amendments, corporate actions, and administrative agent responsibilities.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with portfolio management, compliance, and accounting teams on reporting and initiatives.
Qualifications for the Credit Operations Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2-4 years in loan operations, credit operations, or CLO servicing, ideally within a fund, bank, or fund administration environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with preferred experience using portfolio management systems or loan servicing platforms.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced financial environment.
