Step into a key role as a Corporate Strategy Associate/Manager with our client’s Corporate Strategy team in Greenwich, CT. In this hybrid position, you’ll contribute to strategic growth initiatives, competitive analysis, and business expansion. This opportunity is ideal for an analytical, self-driven professional eager to support investment strategy development, evaluate new business opportunities, and drive key strategic initiatives.

Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000/year + bonus
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Corporate Strategy Associate/Manager:

  • Business Expansion & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, assess investment strategies, and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses, crafting detailed memos and presentations to communicate key insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across investment teams, investor relations, finance, legal, compliance, tax, and technology to drive decision-making and business alignment.
  • Project Management & Execution: Lead workstreams across multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring progress and effective implementation of growth strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and support leadership in high-priority business decisions.
  • Ad Hoc Strategic Initiatives: Prioritize and execute special projects that support firm-wide growth and operational improvements.

Qualifications for the Corporate Strategy Associate/Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment management, private equity, or financial services, with exposure to business development and strategic planning.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with public and private credit strategies is strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentation development.
