Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Corporate Finance Director in Pittsburgh, PA for our client, supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis within a growing organization. This leadership role will oversee budgeting, performance analysis, and executive reporting while partnering with senior leadership on operational and strategic finance initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, financial modeling, and communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities as the Corporate Finance Director:

  • Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and long-range financial planning activities across the organization.
  • Executive Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial reporting while delivering actionable insights to leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with operations, marketing, supply chain, and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and business performance initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team members while enhancing reporting processes, financial analysis, and team development.
  • Operational Analysis: Analyze labor, cost of sales, and key operational drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and scalable financial processes to improve efficiency and visibility across the business.

Qualifications for the Corporate Finance Director:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, while an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience with prior leadership responsibility is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting multi-unit business environments is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analysis skills are required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, executive presence, analytical thinking, and the ability to present financial insights to both operational teams and senior stakeholders are required.
