Compensation: $175,000.00 – $200,000.00 + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA
Responsibilities as the Corporate Controller Include:
- Overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial statements, and tax compliance
- Leading monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
- Managing year-end financial audits and acquisitions integration
- Preparing financial statements and related disclosures under GAAP
- Monitoring complex accounting matters and compliance with new standards
Requirements for the Corporate Controller Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (MBA preferred)
- CPA license required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in public accounting or at a publicly traded company preferred
- Proficiency in accounting consolidation tools and data analysis
