Job Overview – Corporate Controller:
Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000/year + bonus
Location: Bucks County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Our client is hiring a Corporate Controller in Bucks County, PA, to lead financial operations across a multi-site, private equity-backed organization. This leadership role oversees accounting operations, GAAP/IFRS reporting, cost accounting, and strategic financial planning, while driving M&A activity, systems integration, treasury oversight, and global compliance. Ideal for senior finance professionals with manufacturing experience and a track record of success in complex environments.

Responsibilities as the Corporate Controller:

  • Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and preparation of GAAP/IFRS-compliant financial statements.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling to support business growth and planning.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop internal controls, manage tax reporting, and coordinate external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • ERP & Systems Management: Serve as ERP lead (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central), overseeing upgrades and integrations.
  • Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management & M&A Support: Oversee financial risk, foreign entity consolidation, and purchase accounting for M&A activities.

Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (MBA preferred).
  • Certification: CPA or CMA highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in accounting and finance, including at least 10 years in leadership roles, with a strong background in manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory, and private equity environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, with experience in ERP systems and budgeting tools, and a background in system integration and financial transformation preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, foreign currency transactions, and purchase accounting.
  • Skills & Attributes: Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a track record of building controls and leading financial strategy.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
