Job Overview – CLO Operations Associate (Hybrid)
Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a CLO Operations Associate (Hybrid) in New York, NY for our client. In this role, you will support CLO operations, leveraged loan portfolio administration, and structured credit reporting across CLO and warehouse vehicles. You will oversee portfolio monitoring, reconciliations, compliance test review, quarterly distributions, and new issue onboarding while partnering with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely deal execution.
Responsibilities as the CLO Operations Associate:
- Portfolio Monitoring & Reconciliations: Support daily portfolio monitoring and oversee reconciliations with trustees and administrative providers.
- CLO Reporting & Distributions: Manage monthly CBO and CLO reporting reconciliations and support quarterly waterfall and distribution processes.
- Warehouse Cash Management: Monitor warehouse and deal cash balances, perform funding calculations, and prepare drawdown requests.
- Compliance Oversight: Review deal compliance tests, troubleshoot exceptions, and support ongoing transaction compliance.
- New Issue & Deal Support: Support new issue onboarding, warehouse management, and cross-functional coordination for closing and ongoing deal operations.
Qualifications for the CLO Operations Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3–7 years of CLO operations, leveraged loan operations, structured credit operations, or related middle office experience within financial services is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of CBO and CLO monthly reporting, quarterly waterfalls, deal indentures, warehouse structures, and compliance test frameworks is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Wall Street Office, Markit, or other loan processing, portfolio administration, or structured credit systems is strongly preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive workflows across multiple stakeholders are essential.
