Job Overview – CLO Operations Analyst (Hybrid):
Atlantic Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a CLO Operations Analyst (Hybrid) in New York, NY. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) operations, portfolio analysis, and compliance monitoring. You will support daily cash reporting, loan operations, investor reporting, and compliance functions while leveraging systems like Wall Street Office (WSO) to enhance efficiency.

Compensation: $95,000 – $140,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the CLO Operations Analyst:

  • Daily Reporting & Metrics: Prepare cash overviews and daily metrics to assess trading impact and compliance across portfolios.
  • Loan Operations & Trading Support: Assist with loan transactions, monitor portfolio activity, and resolve trade breaks with the middle office.
  • Portfolio Compliance & Analysis: Monitor CLO warehouse ramp status, assess CCC bucket assets, and conduct scenario testing for portfolio optimization.
  • Trustee & Investor Reporting: Conduct in-depth reviews of monthly trustee reports, quarterly waterfall calculations, and investor requests.
  • Warehouse & Closing Process: Support effective date tie-outs, CLO warehouse closings, and ensure compliance with credit agreements and indentures.
  • System Monitoring & Optimization: Ensure that CLO compliance systems operate in accordance with indentures, proactively addressing any discrepancies.

Qualifications for the CLO Operations Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of CLO operations experience, with exposure to warehouse monitoring and compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Wall Street Office (WSO) and other relevant loan management systems.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with credit agreements, indentures, and CLO compliance frameworks.
