Job Overview – Client Services & Operations Associate:
Become a Client Services & Operations Associate with our insurance client in Westport, CT, managing case opportunities, performing due diligence, and providing high-level client service. This fast-paced role in financial services requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year + bonus
Location: Westport, CT
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Responsibilities as the Client Services & Operations Associate:

  • Case Management: Oversee inbound buyback/restructure opportunities, liaising with policyholders to provide empathetic and effective solutions.
  • Due Diligence: Perform qualitative assessments of potential risk factors and applicable state laws/regulations.
  • Quote Generation: Understand key financial drivers to generate quotes for policyholders.
  • Management: Track and manage leads using a CRM system, proactively resolving challenges.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain client reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Qualifications for the Client Services & Operations Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-8 years in Customer Service or Client-Facing roles, preferably in Insurance.
  • Skills: Strong customer-centric mindset, project management experience, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems a plus.
  • Attributes: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
